Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
